Native to Central Pennsylvania, Jack left Boiling Springs and graduated from Temple University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Criminal Justice. Following graduation, he discovered his passion for real estate and got to work learning about every facet the industry had to offer.
While working as a property manager for JGRE in Fishtown, Jack attained his real estate license. Between co-managing 600 rental units and working with prospective tenants and personal clients after hours, he quickly learned the rental market.
Previously hired as a development associate for a local Philadelphia developer, Jack assisted with the intricacies of the development process, from underwriting to project completion. He assisted the CEO directly with project coordination, daily operations, and consistently lent a hand to the Property Management, Accounting, and Maintenance departments. Less than a year in, he was simultaneously given the responsibility as the developer’s sole leasing agent.
Joining the Kirkpatrick Team based in Philadelphia, Jack is excited to focus on the goals and needs of homeowners, landlords, and investors located in both the Greater Philadelphia & Central PA markets.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, listening to all types of music, staying active and being Philly’s #1 Green Bay Packers fan.
